Pallasgreen GAA Club Notes:

The Junior B hurlers had a comprehensive over Ballybricken/Bohermore in Caherelly last Saturday afternoon. Playing with the elements in the first period Pallas led by 0-11 to 0-1. The second period proved again to be a onesided affair as Pallas ran out winners by 3-19 to 0-6. Hard luck to the Limerick U20 footballers and especially local lads, Tadgh Hourigan, Padraic Phelan and Shane Pearse who battled bravely against Clare in round 3 of the 2025 Dalata Hotel group Munster championship as they went down by 0-16 to 0-11 against Clare in Milltown Malbay.

Hard luck to the Limerick Ladies footballers and our own Sarah Dillon who are pushing for promotion in Lidl National League. They faced Louth last Sunday in Newcastle West but unfortunately had to settle for a 2-7 to 0-10 loss.

Well done to our nominated dog representing the GAA Club Toolmaker Josepe who won heat 1 in the Limerick Greyhound track last Saturday evening. Also well done to the Ladies football Club who’s nominated dog Jacktaveren Boom finished second in heat 12. Both dogs will run again this Saturday in round 2 and all support would be greatly appreciated.

Following on from the AGM, club membership rates for the 2025 season is as follows; Players €60, Non-player €40, U18 €50 and OAP €20. Membership to be paid on or before March 31st 2025.
