Local Young Star in Fundraiser for I dis Schools Project:
Malachy McKenna of Lough is fundraising as part of his schools India Immersion Programme where he and a group of 12 students will work in Kolkata in orphanages, schools and with the homeless next October. All funds raised will be donated to the organisations in India. Malachy will speak at Mass this weekend to explain this initiative. Any donations would be warmly welcomed, either in person or online at http://gofund.me/eeb2402.

East Junior B Hurling League:
Well done to the Junior B hurlers who had a hard earned win over Doon in Doon last week. Leading at half time by 3-8 to 0-8, they grinded out a win at the finish by 3-13 to 1-16. Pallasgreen LGFC:
As part of their OneGoodClub Jigsaw Initiative of ‘Keep Learning’. Learn about the journey of our Adult team to 2024 through some player and club memories from start U12 in 2015. Limerick Colleges LGFC Final:
Congratulations to Scoil na Tríonóide Naofa LGF team and especially the Palllasgreen LFGC representatives Hannah Blackwell, Ava Hourigan, Catriona Dillon, Hannah Fealy, Hannah Ryan, Meadbh Purcell, Hannah Lanigan Ryan and Coach Donna Frost (Ryan) who won the Limerick Colleges Final last week. Well done to all involved.

Limerick Camogie Games:
Pallasgreen GAA U12’s took on Ballybrown Camogie Club U12’s at half time in last Saturday’s Glen Dimplex All Ireland Junior game between Limerick and Mayo! Team was as follows; Eadaoin Butler, Ciara Carroll, Molly Deere, Anna Fennessy, Roisin Grace, Ella Hartnett, Kate Hally, Mia Hally, Orla Kavanagh, Molly McConnell, Ella McMahon, Grace McMahon, Juliette McKenna, Isabelle O’Dwyer.

Masters Football:
The Limerick Masters football team with John O’Connell and Eddie Mulcahy on board flew to London last Saturday morning to take on London in round 2 of the All Ireland series in Ruislip. After seventy minutes of football the home side came out on top by 3-7 to 1-9

Limerick Camogie:
Hard luck to Cliodhna Ryan and her Limerick team mates as they came up against a strong Kilkenny outfit in the All Ireland championship in Rathkeale last Saturday afternoon. The Kilkenny team won by 1-19 to 0-5.

Munster Primary Schools:
Well done to Juliette McKenna of Nicker National School who played on the Limerick Primary schools team at half time of the Limerick V Waterford Munster SH championship game in the Gaelic Grounds last Sunday.
