Pallasgreen GAA Club AGM:
The AGM of Pallasgreen GAA Club will take place this Sunday November 26th at 6pm in the community centre and all are welcome.
Pallasgreen LGFC AGM:
This takes place on Wednesday November 29th in Pallasgreen GAA Meeting room. Club officers will be elected on the night and anybody who would like to be put forward as a club officer or join the committee please send email to pallasgreen.limerick@lgfa.ie by 7pmSaturday 25th November.
U19 Ladies Football:
Hard luck to the U19 ladies football team who lost out to a good Groody Gaels side in the county semi final last Sunday morning. Played in breezy conditions in Maguires Field UL the city side were that more physical and at the end proved difficult to curtail. Credit to the girls who never gave up and were gallant right to the finish but had to settle for second best on a scoreline of 3-6 to 0-8. Team; Aoife Purcell, Kaelin Ryan, Ciara McNamara, Aoife Connolly, Niamh Mulcahy, Aoibhe Rodahan, Catriona Dillon, Hannah Dillon, Sinead McGuinness, Eabha Hourigan, Grace Leaden, Ella Connolly, Caoimhe Butler, Emily Franklin, Sarah Dillon, Hannah Ryan, Lauren Franklin, Hannah Fealy. It’s been a long year for most of these girls who won U19 league, U16 Co Championship and a Co Junior B Championship along the way, they can now take a well deserved break and celebrate a wonderful year. A special thanks also to their coaches, mentors and of course their parents for their guidance and encouragement during the year.
