Split the Pot:
Last week’s Split the Pot winners were Helena Ryan & Molly Jane. The prize was €348. Thank you to everybody for your continuous support for the draw it is greatly appreciated.
Envelope entries can be purchased at O’Donovan’s Applegreen, Nearby Oola, Hogan’s Bar Oola, Tipperary Town Plaza, Oola Post Office or any of our club officers.
Oola Lotto:
There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot from 07th October the Jackpot was €7400. Numbers drawn were 04, 14, 15, 28. The draw can be viewed on Facebook live every Monday night from 9:30pm.
Results:
Our U14 boys travelled to Rathkeale on Saturday the 12th Oct where they played Caherconlish in the Shield Final. Oola faced Caherconlish earlier in the year where Caherconlish were victorious by a 1 point margin, so a close game was expected for the final. Oola started the game brilliantly and build up a great lead in the first half. Caherconlish fought back in the second half but Oola proved too strong winning out on a score line of Oola 5-5 Caherconlish 2-5. This showed Oola’s improvement over the year and look forward to seeing the boys back in action again in 2025. Thank you to the management and parents for their commitment during the year. Our Mothers & Others will host a Winter Wellness with Helen Ryan, women’s health expert starting Friday 8th November in Oola Community Centre at 7pm. The workshop will cover hormonal support and the importance of correct breathing technique. All are welcome.
Our Christmas pop up online shop will close on Thursday 17th October. Please get your orders in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All gear will be dispatched in early December.
