Oola played Mungret St Pauls in the East/City/South League on Friday 24th May in Cappamore. After a thrilling high scoring game in the group stage the final fail to live up to the previous game with Mungret much too strong for Oola on the night. The half time score was Oola 0-06 Mungret St Pauls 2-07. Mungret dominated the second half also and the final score was Oola 0-08 Mungret St Pauls 3-12

County Senior Football Semi Final
Oola V Newcastle West Friday 7th June at 7pm in Mungret.

East Junior Football Tournament:
Limerick East Board are running a Junior Football Tournament to mark the divisions 80th anniversary. Oola GAA club are delight to sponsor the Jack Ryan Memorial Cup and the Jack Ryan Memorial Shield in honour of Oola club man Jack Ryan. Both Finals will be played in Oola on the 8th of June. The following clubs are taking part in the competition, Ahane, Ballybricken-Bohermore, Cappamore, Fedamore, Kilteely-Dromkeen, Knockane, Oola and South Liberties.
Oola will paly South Liberties in the opening round of the competition on the 4th June in Oola.

Dillion Quirke Foundation:
On Saturday 25th of May, 48 young player from Oola GAA/LGFA completed cardiac screening thanks to the Dillion Quirke Foundation. We would like to thank the foundation for founding this initiative and raising awareness and helping reduce the number of young people dying from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome though the screening programme. Thanks also to Oola National School for allowing us use the school for the screening.

Club Limerick Draw:
Congratulations to Fr. Morris who won 14th prize in the May Club Limerick Draw.

Oola G4M&O:
Oola Mothers & Others are going to hold a Wellness Session on Thursday 30th May in the Oola field (weather permitting!)
A walk & talk or fun run followed by yoga with Irish Wolf Yoga. Healthy treats and teas on the night and the cost is 2 euro

Split The Pot:
Last week’s Split the Pot winner was Helen Moore Doon. The prize last week was €425. Thank you to everybody for your continuous support for the draw it is greatly appreciated.

Oola Lotto:
There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot from 20th May, the Jackpot was €3400. Numbers drawn were 14, 16, 21, 22. The draw can be viewed on Facebook live every Monday night from 9:30pm.
