NA PIARSAIGH GAA CLUB NOTES
CLUB LIMERICK DRAW
It was great news to see the Club Limerick draw recommence following a few months sabbatical.
It proved fruitful too for four supporters of Na Piarsaigh with €100 wins for Ciaran Broderick, Conor McLoughlin and Liam Maxwell.
Jerry Shannon was our fourth winner and he scooped €250.
Well done to all 4 winners and we really appreciate your support.
There are plenty more draws for your to get into and show your support for both Na Piarsaigh and Limerick CLG.
If you are already a member, Thank You. If not, we are looking for new members. While we recognise families have different needs and demands, if you are in a position to afford €8.33 per month, €100 up front, or if you only wish to enter 1 monthly draw for €10, all is appreciated This year we have lost all these fundraising options including Bag Packing, Car parking for Munster championship, Munster Council grants, All-Ireland ticket draw, lotto and our proposed big fundraiser – The Oskars. This loss totals to a substantial amount of money. At the moment we have suspended repayments on our bank loans, electricity, heating and any other bills we can defer. All these bills/repayments will have to be met in the coming weeks. Club Limerick Draw is one of the few fundraising options remaining to us and gets underway from June 6th. The CLUB Limerick draw is vital to the financial well being of our county together with providing a financial platform to our clubs. Up to 80% of membership goes directly to Na Piarsaigh. Funding from the CLUB Limerick draw provides clubs with the support to fund the day to day running cost of clubs and upgrading of facilities/equipment which enable all members to enjoy our sports in a safe environment.
We are now in a situation, where we are looking to commence the draw on a REMOTE BASIS ONLY i.e. we are not asking any coordinator/seller to go face to face with members, we would encourage all members to be directed to sign up and pay online using any of the methods/links below.

RETURN TO TRAIN/PLAY
On June 29th, all Gaa clubs will open and groups of no more than 10 will be permitted to return to socially distant training.
On July 20th, all forms of team training will resume. (Full contact)
On July 31st, club competitions are permitted to start.
We look forward to seeing our pitches full with activity in the weeks ahead and ask all to pay heed to signs and direction given for the next phase.
We also encourage our players to continue sending in their videos and to keep up the good work and practise.
COVID 19 UPDATE
Na Piarsaigh GAA would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has supported our club in recent times. COVID 19 Global Pandemic has been a challenge and stressful time for us all.
Due to the commitment of us all to adhering to Guidelines of Social Distancing and handwashing, progress has been made in the fight against Covid 19 and that Phase 2 has now commenced.
We are grateful for the commitment of our COVID 19 Support Group volunteers for their dedication and assistance in helping out those who needed it and continue to do so.
We would like to wish our sponsors and all club members the very best as they return to work and we encourage everyone that we all consider supporting local business as they attempt to recover from recent closures. .
