NA PIARSAIGH GAA CLUB NOTES

LIMERICK SENIOR HURLERS

Congratulations to the Limerick Senior hurlers who qualified for the national hurling League semi final by virtue of their 1-21 to 1-17 win over Waterford at the Gaelic Grounds on Saturday night.
Our own Mike Casey, Conor Boylan, David Dempsey and Will O Donoghue all part of the victorious match day squad.
They now await the quarter finals to decide their opponents in the semi final.

LOTTO

The weekly lotto jackpot is now at €2500.
The numbers for last week were 02, 05, 11, 14
Lucky dip winners were Ben Sheehan, Niamh Kelly Donnellan and Eddie O Connor.
James Burke won the sellers prize and Mags McNamara won the house draw.

BINGO

The weekly bingo continues each Tuesday with the snowball jackpot now at €2000 in 58 balls or less.
Why not give it a try anh Tuesday from 8pm.Doors open at 7.30pm. All are welcome.

UNDER 21 HURLERS

Our 21 hurlers were in action twice over the past week.
First up was a good win over Doon under lights at home on a 1-13 to 0-13 scoreline with James Daly getting our decisive goal..
On Sunday we played Patrickswell in Mick Neville park and despite playing with the second half breeze we couldnt close the gap and succumbed to a 1-13 to 0-12 defeat.
We nevertheless qualified for the quarter finals due to be played soon.
