SENIOR FOOTBALLERS

Our Senior Footballers finally had a trophy to celebrate when they defeated Monaleen by a solitary point 0-9 to 0-8 in the City Final on Wednesday evening.
Played in glorious sunshine the game ebbed and flowed with some excellent scores from both sides.. We trailed at the break by 0-7 to 0-4 but showed some great battling spirit in the second half keeping Monaleen to a single point in the second 30 minutes.. Our scores came mainly from Kieran Daly, Dylan Cronin, Eoin Hogan and Gordon Brown .A just reward for the fine effort this team have made since returning senior in 2015. The jackpot is now at €8300 following last Mondays draw.
The numbers drawn were 07, 09, 17, 29. No jackpot winner but 3 lucky dip winners were Declan Madigan, Paul Downes, Jack Kelly.
Sellers prize went to Frank Holohan and Liam Maxwell won the house draw.

CLUB LIMERICK DRAW

The club Limerick draw took place on Saturday but unfortunately we had no luck this month.
However this is a great way to support your club and county teams and also a way of winning some great prizes.

LIMERICK SENIOR HURLERS

A huge congratulations to both Limerick Minor and Senior teams at the weekend both crowned Munster Champions.
Great to see the Na Piarsaigh lads hugely prominent with Peter Casey scooping the man of the match award with a personally tally of 1-5 from play. Mike Casey a collosus at full back and Will O Donoghue a powerhouse in midfield.
Shane Dowling also saw game time as he picks up his 2nd Munster Senior medal.
We can now look forward to a semi final with possible opponents Cork, Kilkenny or Dublin on July 27/28 as a double header with the Limerick minor team.

SUMMER CAMP

Our summer camp begins in earnest on Monday 1st July for two 5 day camps.

MUNSTER FINAL FANZONE

The club once again had a very successful Fanzone with a fine crowd in attendance.
A huge thank you to all our volunteers who gave of their time parking cars, pulling pints, collecting glasses and rubbish etc.
We thank you all for your wonderful support on the day.

CLUB NA NOG

Our underage Saturday morning training sessions signed off on Saturday with a visit from the Air Sea Rescue helicopter to the club.
A big thank you to those who organised the visit.
We wish all our players a very good summer holidays and look forward to having them back again in September.
Dont forget to bring your hurleys and sliothars on holidays as practise is very important!!
