MUNGRET ST PAUL’S GAA CLUB NOTES

REGENERON GREAT LIMERICK RUN
Regeneron Great Limerick Run will take place this year on May 1st, Mungret St. Pauls have provided volunteers in the previous years and have been invited to provide volunteers to help steward at the Great Limerick Run. We would like to hear from you if you are over 21 and available to help out for roughly 4 to 5 hours on the day depending on the location. For every volunteer we provide the organisers will contribute an amount per person to the club, this is a fantastic way to raise funds. If you think you are available to help out please whats app your name to Kevin O’Hagan on 0870601686.
LIMERICK CAMOGIE
The Tesco Minor ‘A’ All Ireland Championship Round 3 took place at the weekend, when Limerick Camogie (whos panel includes our very own Amy O’Halloran) travelled to Bunclody to play Wexford. The girls put on a super performance, but unfortunately, they ran of time in the end.
CAMOGIE EASTER CAMP
MSP Camogie participation levels are on the increase & we can’t wait to pass on our knowledge & advice to our many many young stars, from U6 to U14.
Registration link will go live on Monday 7th March. Open to Mungret St Paul Camogie Members Only
COUNTY PLAYERS
Another great win for the Limerick Footballers against Wicklow which is their third win out of four keeping them at the top of the league table. We are delighted to have our own Killian Ryan on the team. Their next match is against Westmeath in TUS Gaelic Grounds on Saturday 12 March.
The U-20 Footballers unfortunately have not had a great start as they took a third loss in their match against Offaly. Mungret St. Pauls are proud to have Oisin Moss, Daragh Bridgeman and James Killian on the panel.
We are delighted to have two of our club hurlers wearing the green and gold jerseys for Kerry, they had a great win over Carlow with our own Louis Dee saving a penalty and Niall Mulcahy coming on and scoring a point.
