REGISTRATION
The club registration is now open on Clubforce. All registration will take place on line by going to https://www.mungretstpauls.com/club-membership
There are a few changes to the registration, we would advise you to please read carefully which membership you will require for the year.
CLUB LIMERICK DRAW
The Club Limerick Draw is one of our main fundraisers with 50% of the entrant fee returned to our local club. We strongly urge all club members to support this vital fundraiser and hopefully claim some of the wonderful prizes on offer. The cost of entry is €10 per draw. You can still sign up online via the new Club Limerick website at www.clublimerick.ie, remembering to select Mungret St. Pauls as the nominated club during the process or contact the club phone 0858679962 for more details.
VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED
We have an ever expanding club with exciting developments ahead of us, because of all these we are in need of more volunteers. You may think you would be of no help but we are in need of assistance in many different roles which would involve working in a group where different ideas and opinions are what are needed, some roles would include a basic standard of computer skill. All we ask is for you to help out for one year, this may be an hour a month or week whatever you can give, you never know you may enjoy the social side of it and keep going, that is how all volunteers started. Some of the areas we are looking for extra help in are;
*Healthy Club officer
*Pitch Co-Ordinators
*Finance
*Indoor facilities
*Bar
*Public Relations (PR)
*Marketing
*GAA activities for children with special and additional needs.

Please text your name to Maurice Walsh on 086-8239000.
LIMERICK CAMOGIE
Well done to the Limerick Minor Camogie team who put in a great performance on Sunday against Antrim in the Tesco All Ireland Minor A Championship (Round 2) Our very own Amy O’Halloran is involved in this squad and they are clearly off to a great start! Full time score: Limerick 1-16 Antrim 3-06
REGENERON GREAT LIMERICK RUN
Regeneron Great Limerick Run will take place this year on May 1st, Mungret St. Pauls have provided volunteers in the previous years and have been invited to provide volunteers to help steward at the Great Limerick Run. We would like to hear from you if you are over 21 and available to help out for roughly 4 to 5 hours on the day depending on the location. For every volunteer we provide the organisers will contribute an amount per person to the club, this is a fantastic way to raise funds. If you think you are available to help out please whats app your name to Kevin O’Hagan on 0870601686.
LIMERICK PLAYERS
Well done to our players Oisin Moss and James Killian who are named and Daragh Bridgeman on the extended panel as well as Pa Ranahan who is part of the backroom team in the Liam O’Connor Under 20 Football Development League when they played Clare on Saturday 19 February. It was a tight game in poor conditions with Limerick taking a loss, final score Clare 3-09 Limerick 4-03.
A tough game for the Limerick Senior Footballers with a venue change and the stormy weather on Sunday 20 February, Louth came back in the last few minutes to take a two point win, the first loss for the Limerick team. Mungret St. Pauls are proud to have Killian Ryan on the panel.
COLLEGE PLAYERS
Mungret St. Pauls football goalkeeper – Ronan McElligott was a member of the UL football squad that played in the Sigerson Cup final against NUIG in Carlow on Wednesday 16 February. Our football coach, Dave Lavin, was also part of the UL management. They were unlucky to not take the win.
Congratulations to UL Fresher hurlers who won the Fresher Div 1 league final with a 3-37 to 1-20 victory over NUIG in Galway on Friday 18 February. The game doubled up as round 3 of the championship so they are now into the championship semi in 2 weeks. Mungret St. Pauls are delighted to have Brian O’Meara and Barry Duff on the panel.
Fitzgibbon Cup. Congratulations to Mungret St. Pauls players Rory Duff and Matt O’Sullivan who were on the UL panel that won the Fitzgibbon Cup beating NUIG in the final in Carlow.
SPORTS CAPITAL GRANT
Another milestone day for the club with the announcement of the Sports Capital Grant allocation of €132,317 to our Club Development plan. We now need another push from all our members to join up to the Investment scheme, which is just shy of €400,000 committed. The next phase of funding will also be starting next week, corporate sponsorship and any help we can get with introductions to sponsors would be greatly appreciated. As you will all have seen the work has re-started and this announcement allows us now to carry on with the development of the new pitch, exciting times ahead but we need everyone. https://www.mungretstpauls.com/club-development
