MEMBERSHIP: Monaleen GAA Club membership is now open and due for 2020. All playing members should pay without delay as there is no cover for any injury sustained in training or matches without membership being paid. The last day for payment for inclusion in any match ticket draws is, as always, March 31st. We appreciate your early attention to this.

MONALEEN GAA HEALTHY CLUB: Monaleen GAA with Lights up and Operation Transformation had another fun and enjoyable community walk with approximately 50 people participating. Anto McDonald provided a guided warm up session before the walk commenced. The weather may have put some of you off but let’s see more of you participating next week (February 3) and encouraging each other towards a healthier community.
Following on from last year’s hugely successful ‘Weigh Your Age’ initiative by Operation Transformation, Halley’s CarePlus Pharmacy in the Newtown Centre are inviting people to call in any time, free of charge, to track their progress alongside the Monaleen GAA community walks. They can also address any other topics of a healthy lifestyle in their private consultation room. Contact Halley’s on 061-338730.
