MONALEEN GAA CLUB NOTES

GET IRELAND WALKING: Monaleen GAA Club is delighted to announce their engagement with Operation Transformation and Get Ireland Walking. As a community, we will walk one night per week, starting and finishing at the clubhouse. So kick start your health plan for 2020 and have some fun by taking part! Participants are requested to meet at Monaleen GAA Clubhouse to register. The walks take place on six Mondays from Monday, January 13 to Monday, February 16 at Monaleen GAA Clubhouse from 7.30pm.

There is no cost involved and the event is open to all members and non-members. However, no dogs are allowed and all children must be accompanied. Participants are asked to wear high visibility clothing, to bring torches and let’s light up our community. This event was well supported in 2019 and we hope to see as many as possible in 2020.
