Monaleen GAA Boys Born 2020:
Monaleen GAA is thrilled to launch a GAA Nursery Programme for boys, born in 2020!
This is a brilliant chance for young children to take their first steps into the wonderful world of Gaelic games —learning new hurling and Gaelic football skills, making friends, and having loads of fun in a safe and encouraging environment
Starting Friday, September 12th at 6pm. Please message Noel Madden on 086 128 6887, to register your child’s interest. And if you’re a parent keen to get involved in coaching, we’d love to hear from you —just let us know! We can’t wait to welcome our youngest players to the Monaleen family!
Monaleen Camogie:
Monaleen Camogie are looking for new players to join our young and progressive club. A perfect introduction to Gaelic games for young children—learning camogie skills, making friends, and having fun.
Training for underage from U6 to U10 (2019 to 2015) takes place every Sunday morning from 11-12 in Monaleen Clubhouse. All other age group new players welcome. Please contact Margaret 087 6443571 or Nicola 087 6797843 for further information.
Monaleen LGFA:
Monaleen LGFA juvenile girls are all back training this week, we welcome new players to join our club. It’s all about fun, friendship, and Gaelic games! A great way for kids to get active and feel part of a team.

Our Senior footballers continue their 2025 campaign in the Senior Football Club Championship this week. with a round 3 fixture on Thursday, 09th September at 19:00 in Mick Neville park where we will face Fr. Caseys.

Monaleen Senior Hurlers:
Well done to our Senior hurlers as they continued their championship campaign with victory over Newcastlewest last week. the team continued their 100% record in this year’s championship with a 1-18 to 0-19 Group 2 victory in Rathkeale
Monaleen Senior Camogie:
Well done to our Senior camogie team as they continued their championship campaign with victory over Adare last week.
Limerick Squads:
Well done to Monaleens representatives on U14 Limerick Green and Limerick White hurling teams who took part in the Tony Forrestil tournament across Waterford this Saturday. The boys gave great hearted displays for their county and represented our club with pride. Well done Flavius Maria, Bríain Hurley, Mark O Grady, Harry O Connell.
Well done to Monaleen U15 hurlers who represented Limerick in the final stages of the Arrabawn in Tipperary. They all played a huge part in the day and represented the club with huge pride. Well done to Paudie Quilter, Harry Ryan, Conor Langan, Evan Carroll, John Sheehan & Brian Halley.
