Saturday, October 12th:
10am – Monaleen vs St Patrick’s – Mr. Binman Under 14 Football Division 1 Championship Final (Location: Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale)
4pm – Monaleen v Patrickswell – Woodlands House Hotel County Junior A Hurling Championship Semi Final (Location: Pairc de Paor, Rathbane)
Sunday, October 13th:
11am – Mungret vs Monaleen – Junior A Camogie championship
2pm – Monaleen vs Crecora – Senior Camogie Relegation Final (Location: Cappamore)
Monaleen G4M&Os
Our G4M&Os are New York bound this week
Best of Luck to our Gaelic for Mothers and Others (G4M&Os) who travel to New York this week. They have a busy few days ahead, which include a 5K Run and HIIT session in Central Park on Friday and then games against Carrickcruppen (Armagh), Timahoe (Laois), Rathvilly (Carlow), Rockland Gaels (New York) and St. John Bosco (Down). Enjoy the whole experience ladies!

Well done to our Junior A Ladies Football team & management winning their Championship Semi-Final. Final in two weeks’ time.

Monaleen Senior Hurlers:
A tough defeat in the Bons Secours Hospital County Senior Hurling Championship quarter final, after what was a tight contest throughout. Monaleen: 0-18 – Patrickswell: 0-20. Thank you to each and everyone of our team, management and back room team for the commitment and dedication this year.

We have planned 3 fun-filled days of Hurling I Camogie | Football | LGFA | Rounders | Handball, as well as special guests, treats and surprises.

Monaleen GAA U5:
If your son is born in 2019 and would like to try Gaelic Games you are more than welcome to attend. Please contact Noel Madden (086 1286887) or Finbar Nash (087 6302316).
This group will train each Friday evening at 6pm in the Wallball area of the Clubhouse grounds. Hurling for 30 mins and football for 30 mins.
Hurley and helmet needed for training (hurley no longer than 24” please), also a Gum shield needed for football. Can be bought in local stores.
The emphasis will be on fun and participation. Everyone is welcome.
