Lotto:
The first lotto draw of 2023 will take place next Thursday 9th March in the clubhouse.

Limerick Senior Footballers:
The Limerck senior footballers drew with Meath in TUS Páirc nan Gael last Sunday on a scoreline of 17 points to 2:11. Monaleens Donal O’Sullivan and Brian Donovan were involved.
Limerck U20 Football:
Well done to Darragh Murray and his Limerick u20 teammates who defeated Offaly on a scoreline of 0:07 to 0:06 last Saturday in the O’Connor Cup competition.
Celebration Dinner:
Takes place on Saturday the 25th of March 2023 at The Limerick Strand Hotel. This event will be hosted by Valerie Wheeler. Prosecco Reception followed by Medal Presentation and 4 Course Dinner. Entertainment on the night by The Prophets and DJ Richie. Tickets are on sale now at €70 per person. See club social media channels for further details.
Membership:
Monaleen GAA Club membership for 2023 is now due. Membership must be processed through Foireann at www.foireann.ie
Please also note that Juvenile Members and Social Members (including Tennis Club and Golf Society) do not qualify for these entitlements. Any social member may pay the top up to become a full member of the club for ticket or vote purposes, provided the full rate is paid before March 31st.
For 2023, the club has streamlined its membership rates as follows:
All Adult Players and First Juvenile Players in a family €100.00
A €10 reduction is applied for each subsequent underage player in the same family.
All other Members including coaches/officers/committee members: €75.00
Social Membership: €30.00:
All players must pay their membership prior to undertaking any club activities as you are not covered for any injuries prior to membership being paid.
Limerck U15 Footballers:
Well done to Eoin Williams, Ben Kiely, Evan Boland, Cian O’hAodha, Brendan Morrissey, Rory Heffernan, Danny Nash and Oscar Fitzgerald who played for Limerick U15 footballers against Clare last weekend.
Hard Luck:
To Joe Fitzgerald and his UL Fresher teammates who were defeated by University of Galway last week in the All Ireland Fresher 1 Hurling Final.
Monaleen GAA Easter Camps 2023:
Easter camps are taking place over the two weeks of the Easter school holidays.
The hurling camp is running from Wednesday the 5th of April until Friday the 7th of April.
The football camp is running from Tuesday the 11th of April until Thursday the 13th of April.
Cost of this is €60 per child per camp.

Camogie and Ladies Football teams are back out training and are always happy to welcome new players to each age group. Catering for girls aged U6 to adult, if your daughter is interested in starting either or both of these sports, please do get in touch.
Our community walks will continue from Monaleen clubhouse on Monday evenings at 7.15pm with the route incorporating the Castletroy Urban Greenway.
Sportskey:
We have partnered up with *SportsKey* to manage our Pitch & facilities booking.
This will streamline our booking system and remove the need to book via WhatsApp , text, emails, call etc.
Coaches need to log in and create a username & password via the below link.
Choose the slot you need and complete the booking.
Trainings are 1 Hour slot.
Matches/blitz are 1.5 Hour Slots
The booking is only complete when you receive a confirmation approval from the administrator.
Championship fixtures will be inputted when released in the spring. Championship as always will override trainings. It’s the responsibility of the coaches to monitor the calendar to ensure they are up to speed with changes.
