Our u6’s, u7’s, u8’s, u9’s and u10’s were treated to a surprise visit by Limerick Senior Hurling Stars Darragh O’Donovan and Cathal O’Neill at training last Friday evening. Darragh and Cathal fielded some tough questions from all groups and were more than happy to sign jerseys and hurleys for the kids.
Well done to the Monaleen lads that played on the city schools football team in the Sarsfield cup. Paddy O’Connell, Cillian Sheehan, Louis Fitzgerald, Aaron Fitzgerald, Jamie Flannery and Dara Scully were all on the panel. Dara was also captain. The lads were beaten in the final
