The visitors started brightly and looked in control but as the game progressed, Limerick got on top and led at the interval by 0.08 to 0.06..The second half saw the home side remain on top and in front of a crowd of 3,209and ran out winners by 0.16 to 0.10, to prove Third Time lucky after suffering defeats in the finals of 2016 to Clare and to Cork in 2017..
