People across LIMERICK and the wider Communuity shone a light in solidarity with those battling the Covid-19 outbreak on this Saturday night. 11th. April at 9pm. “Shine a Light was a national initiative that called on our communities everywhere to shine a light to create a moment of solidarity in our battle against the Covid-19 pandemic,
” People across the country were urged to shine a light in solidarity with everyone battling the COVID-19 outbreak .
It was a way to support the sick, those who have died, their loved ones and everyone on the front line The initiative was supported by the Government and public buildings across the country all participated
A number of GAA Clubs throughout the City and County put on the Lights on the their premises in support of the initiative, below is just one the clubs, Patrickswell GAA Club
