LIMERICK hurling legends Eamonn Grimes, Joe Quaid, Pauline McCarthy, Gary Kirby, Ciarán Carey, and Ger Hegarty will be attendance as the highly-anticipated ‘Limerick Game of My Life’ book is launched at Talking Leaves Bookshop in Castletroy tomorrow Saturday, November 25th, at 4pm.
The publication from Hero Books and compiled by author David Byrne features interviews from 30 of Limerick’s greatest hurlers who recall their most memorable games over the last 70 years from the 1955 Munster final to the record-breaking 2021 All-Ireland final.
Copies of the newly published book will be available in Talking Leaves this Saturday, a perfect opportunity to come and meet some of the legends, get a photograph taken with them, and get a copy of the book signed by some of your favourite hurlers.
The exciting new book also tells of the many ups and downs of the 30 stars, both on and off the field, one that is set to enthral Limerick hurling fans throughout the world.
