Limerick GAA are delighted to announce “Lyons of Limerick” as the sponsors of the 2019 Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship.
The sponsorship announcement means that Limerick’s second highest grade Hurling Championship will be sponsored by Munsters leading car sales Company.
Since its inception in 2014, the Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship has been one of the most competitive in the Limerick Club Hurling scene and this season will see 8 teams battle it out for a place in the Senior Hurling Championship next season.
Speaking about the sponsorship John Cregan, Limerick County Board Chairman said “We are delighted to have such a reputable company involved with the sponsorship of such a great competition. Lyons of Limerick has been associated with Limerick sport for a long time and we are delighted to have them on board for the coming season.”
