KILTEELY-DROMKEEN GAA CLUB NOTES

Intercounty
Hard luck to Sean O’Dea and the Limerick Senior Footballers after defeat to Cork last Saturday. It was another very positive season and is great to see Limerick Football moving in the right direction.
Best of luck to Brian O’Grady and the Limerick Senior Hurlers this weekend in the Munster Final. Also, congratulations and best wishes to Jack ‘Donie’ Franklin for making the Limerick U20 Hurling panel. They begin their season on the 19th vs Clare/Kerry.

R.I.P Mike Lyons:
The club would like to express our deepest sympathies to the family and many friends of Mike Lyons of Dromkeen. Mike was a stalwart for the club for many years both on and off the field, always leading by example. Mike often captained the club hurling team and played a central role on the Kilteely Dromkeen county winning hurling side of 1972.
