Great win this evening in Clarina sporting our new jerseys from Regeneron
Leading 0.6 to 0.4 at the break through points from Denny Ahern, Denis O Dea and Eoghan O Dea, we faced into a stiff breeze in the second half.
It was a very tight affair, points from Conor Ahern and Matthew O Dea were cancelled out as we headed down the home straight.
We stretched two ahead through Conor Ahern and Denis O Dea . The move of the game saw a brilliant team move setup Matthew O Dea who blasted emphatically to the net for the decisive score.
Late points from Cappagh closed the gap but we held firm to make it 2 wins from 3.

U19 Football Semi-Final:
Our U19 footballers with Pallasgreen were narrowly defeated 3.9 to 2.9 by Banogue on Monday night. Hard luck lads and best of luck for the year with U21s still to come as well as adult & U17 games ongoing. A moments silence was held for Donnacha Ryan Luke of Cappamore on his untimely passing. Deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and the sporting community of Cappamore GAA & Clanwilliam RFC. May he rest in peace.
