KILMALLOCK & PATRICKSWELL LINE UP FOR THE BON SECOURS HOSPITAL LIMERICK COUNTY SENIOR HURLING FINAL 2021
Last Thursday evening saw @kilmallockgaa, @patrickswellgaa, @bonsecourslimerick Hospital Limerick at Barringtons & Limerick GAA come together to launch what will be an epic final on Sunday 24th October 2021 at TUS Gaelic Grounds.
At the Launch Jason Kenny, Hospital CEO spoke on his delighted to be on board as sponsors of the Limerick Senior Hurling Championship and with how the season has gone. Jason commended the clubs by saying “There was excellent hurling played and commitment shown by players and management throughout the campaign which has culminated in having both Patrickswell and Kilmallock compete in the Final at the newly named TUS Limerick GAA Grounds on the Sunday of the October bank holiday weekend.”
John Cregan, Chairman, Limerick County GAA Board, thanked Jason & his team at the Bon Secours Hospital Limerick at Barringtons for their continued support and partnership for the Senior Hurling Championship, saying “we greatly value our partnership with Bon Secours Hospital Limerick at Barringtons & are delighted to be associated with a most reputable health care provider the City and we appreciated your continued sponsorship greatly.
Bon Secours Hospital Limerick at Barringtons & Limerick GAA have a long-standing relationship at the hospital, not least due to the partnership already in place that sees players receive access to world-class scans for diagnosis of injuries.
Jason spoke about the strong alignment between both organisations saying “a sporting organisation that has been reaching into every corner of Limerick GAA for well over a century and a hospital that has served people from every corner of the county for even longer and we look forward to the partnership continuing into the future”.
There is much excitement around this final and the quality of hurling that was displayed by both teams in reaching this stage was exemplary.
