Limerick Development Draw:
Congratulations to Christy Reddan who won €200 in this months draw
Minor Hurling:
Well done to our Minor Hurlers on beating Croagh/Kilfinny on a scoreline of 2-24 to 1-19
U16:
Our U16’s beat Doon 2-23 to 2-04 well done to all involved
Senior Hurling Championship:
Our seniors also face off against Doon in the Gaelic Grounds on Thursday 1st August at 7pm in the first round of the senior Hurling championship best of luck to everyone involved
Monster Draw:
We are desperately in need of more members to help with selling tickets for which is going to be our major fundraiser for 2024 part of all members of the GAA is to help with fundraising with this in mind we would be very grateful for all the help we can get.
U10:
We hosted Mungret hurlers on Wednesday 24th July where we had 2 teams each who served up a great display of hurling. All teams were evenly matched with nothing separating them. Skill, work ethic with a tiny bit of competitiveness visible. The boys were blessed with great weather and the matches thrived because of this. Another worthwhile and beneficial night of hurling and thanks to Mungret for travelling out to us very much appreciated.
U10 Football blitz:
On Friday 26th July our young men travelled over to Knocklong for a cluster football blitz were we played Drom Broadford, Brurre and Pallasgreen. Again we displayed great attitude where you could see our team work through the array of passing and movement. The boys really enjoy playing the big ball which is evident with their skill and honesty. A really fantastic evening of football made possible by Drom, Bruree and Pallas. Again, thanks to Eoin O’Mahony GDA for coordinating and the Bouncers for hosting.
