THE CLASH OF CHAMPIONS
All Ireland Champions Limerick will make the journey to Nowlan Park on Sunday to play Aliianz Hurling League Champions, Kilkenny in Round 3, Allianz Hurling League Division 1a with a 2pm throw in.
The home side scored a big win over Cork in the opening Round in Nowlan Par while they suffered a one point defeat to Clare in Round 2 in Cusack Park Ennis. Limerick have two wins under their belt, in the opening Round they travelled and defeated Wexford in Innovate Park while in Round 2 they defeated Tipperary in Pairc na nGael.
So, both sides will be hoping for victory on Sunday to stay in contention for a Quarter Final place.
Pre-purchase tickets for Sunday’s game from participating Centra and Supervalu stores up until Saturday evening, cost €15. On the day at the ground tickets will be Adults €20, Students/OAP’s €15 (valid student ID required) and U-16 Free.
