John Kiely is re appointed as Limerick Senior Hurling Team Manager with a new look Management team
JOHN Kiely’s new-look Limerick Senior Hurling Management team was rubber-stamped at the specially organised and well attended Limerick GAA County Committee Meeting this Monday evening at the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare, which commenced shortly after 8pm and concluded less than minutes later with no dissenting voices
John Kiely and his team Management have been given a two year term with an option of a third year
Paul Kinnerk will continue his role as coach-selector and fellow coach-selectors Alan Cunningham and Aonghus O’Brien remain in place
Limerick’s 2013 Munster Senior Hurling Championship winning Captain, Donal O’Grady is a new coach-selector – replacing Brian Geary, who due to work and family committments has steeped down
The S & C coach is Mikey Kiely (Ballybrown) – replacing Joe O’Connor, who last month stepped down after four years in the role, Mikey is a former Limerick Team S & C coach and was also S & C coach when Limerick won the 2017 All-Ireland U21 title he had previously helped Clare win the 2013 U21 title when he worked as their S&C coach.
