Smoke Free Club:
We will launch our Smoke Free Club initiative on February 17, this year Hospital Herbertstown Club aims to
To create a smoke and e-cigarette free club environment
To protect the health of all individuals involved with the club as well as
visitors to the grounds by keeping them safe from all smoke/e-cigarette
related harm.
To positively impact upon smoking behaviour

GAA Solo Challenge: Due to the worldwide Covid19 pandemic, we are living in very different times. The GAA / PDST Future Leaders Solo Challenge is designed to promote positivity, physical activity and wellbeing among young people, while encouraging them to stay at home and follow HSE guidelines at the same time. https://learning.gaa.ie/planner/
It is a student and teacher challenge which will run for a number of weeks.

H-H Bord na Nog Every Step Counts: (healthy clubs initiative) We commenced the Every Step Counts Challenge on the Wednesday, January 13 and we have clocked up over 11,000 km as a club already. Well done everyone. This challenge can be done individually and in line with government recommendations within 5km of your home. Please download the mylife app and join your club in this challenge. This challenge will run for 7 weeks.
