Club Lotto Draw:
Our Club Lotto continues weekly every Monday night except on Bank Holidays. Our next draw will take place in Carmodys on Mon July 8th. Last week’s numbers were 4, 8, 18, 23. Unfortunately, we had no jackpot winner however our lucky dip winners 5 x €20 were Orlagh Murphy Online, Mervyn Fraser Hospital, Janet Frazer Hospital, Chloe Wright Herbertstown, Margaret Hourigan Kilteely. Sellers Prize Mike Frazer Snr. Next jackpot is now €12,200. Reserve Jackpot is €10,000. Tickets can be purchased in local shops from any committee member or online link available on our Facebook page. One line costs €2 or you can avail of the special offer of 3 lines for €5. Club Limerick Draw 2024:
The 5th Club Limerick Draw for 2024 will be at the end of July. There are 6 draws remaining. You can join at any time. When you support the #CLUBLkDraw ,you are supporting your local GAA club as half of your money goes to your nominated club. The purpose of the Club Limerick draw is to provide funding for our footballers and hurlers training fund from Minor to Senior grades. Please contact club officials for details. It can also be done online through the Limerick GAA website adding Hospital/Herbertstown as your club.
Under 13 Hurling:
Congratulations to our Under 13 hurlers who won the County final on Tuesday evening in Banogue in a very tough game against a gallant Belville Gaels. In what was a very tight and tense 1st half with scores hard to get the lads found themselves 4pts to 3pts down at halftime. The 2nd half started similar until an incredible goal into the top corner from Ben O Connor gave us a 2 pt lead. Another score put us 3 up until a big rally from Belville with 3 in a row had the game level. With ten mins left the lads took over the game and got 2 quick goals both direct from a free from Deibhin Reale. With outstanding displays all over the field especially the backs we finished up winning 3.06 to 0.07. Captain Deibhin Reale collected the trophy on behalf of a great bunch of players to great celebrations. Well done to everyone involved on a fantastic achievement. The coaches Paudie Reale & Jerry Twomey did an amazing job with the lads. Thanks to all the parents for having the lads at training and matches. The future of our club is very bright. Condolence:
Sincere sympathy to Kieran Daly and family on the very sad passing of his brother Tom Daly, Birdhill Co. Tipperary and formerly of Pallasgreen. May he rest in peace.
