GLENROE GAA CLUB NOTES

Glenroe GAA club is running a ‘Stay At Home’ 24-hour ball wallathon on Easter Monday in support of HSE staff working at the frontline of Covid-19 at University Hospital Limerick.

GAA clubs and teams up and down the country are doing some lovely things for healthcare workers and Glenroe GAA, a small rural club in south Limerick, has organised its own fundraiser.

Starting at 9am tomorrow morning, the 24-hour ball wallathon will see participants hurling a ball against a wall at home in one-hour slots and it runs through to 9am on Tuesday morning.

There are still plenty of slots available so if anyone is looking to get involved contact the Glenroe GAA Facebook page.

A GoFundMe page has been set up with all donations going towards helping frontline workers at University Hospital Limerick.
