The Galbally and Ballylanders GAA clubs presented a cheque of €5000 to Pieta House recently resulting from a fundraiser in the Summer of 2020. A particular mention is due to Gary McCarthy for spearheading the Galbally side of this fundraiser, having been the main driving force behind it in Galbally GAA. Gary brings huge passion to the club and is a trojan worker who delivers silently behind the scenes, seeking no credit for his contributions.
The latest Split the Pot winner was Jack, Ellie and James (Bill Henebry’s Grandchildren) with €214
