Registration night took place during the week for Underage players and in addition to this representatives of Galbally GAA visited Galbally NS, Glenbrohane NS and Knocklong NS with the 2018 trophies. We would like to thank all three schools for their hospitality especially the staff, parents and students and it was fantastic to see such positivity among the students towards Gaelic Football and towards Galbally GAA. Galbally GAA are seeking a player for the Cic Fada at the Con and Annie Kirby stake on the 23rd March at Limerick Greyhound track. Please contact any Bord Na nOg officer for further information.
The latest winner of Split the Pot was Johnny Fahy and he was the lucky winner of €345. Next Draw in the Foxes Den, Knockcarron on Saturday next 16th March. The Limerick GAA Development draw is due to commence later this month. Any new members should contact any club officer. We have been extremely lucky to have had some big prize winners in recent years and as the saying goes, if you are not in, you cannot win.
Congratulations to Johnny Cummins, a man who led Galbally to multiple items of silverware in the past and who has led Cahir to the South Tipperary Under 21A football title beating Clonmel Commercials at the weekend.
