Galbally GAA club would like to thank all those who helped out in any way last Wednesday evening for the homecoming.
The club wishes to extend a message of thanks to Mary O Farrell of Galty Valley catering for looking after the Limerick panel and management on the night.
Thanks to Tom Mc Grath Transport for the use of his trailer as a stage. Thanks to John Scully for stairs access to the stage.
Thanks to Galbally Rugby club and to Galbally Community Council for their support and parking facilities.
The club extends a thanks to local farmers for their parking facilities also.
Thanks to our local band Kim’s People for all of the entertainment that they provided us with.
A word of thanks to all the stewards and to those who brought seating.

Change of date
The August Bank Holiday Weekend Fundraiser has been postponed until the weekend of the 2nd-4th of September. It was felt by the club that due to the All-Ireland and great celebrations that followed we did not have adequate time to promote the events scheduled. Updated details will be shared will all early next week. Thanks to everyone for their support and co-operation.

Under 15 championship
The under 15’s took on Coshlea Gaels in the fourth round of the championship on Monday evening in Effin. Unfortunately, the boys lost on the night with a final score line of 0-07 to 3-05.
