County Minor Football Championship:
Fr. Caseys 1-05 Monaleen 2-10
Fr. Caseys Minors suffered defeat last Wednesday evening in their opening game in the county championship. Minus some key players they faced a very strong Monaleen side away from home. This year our Minors are bidding for a record sixth county title in a row. The Division 1 group sees them paired with Monaleen, St. Kierans, Oola and Cappgh/Rathkeale with four sides to qualify for the knockout stages. The next game is a home tie on July 26th against St. Kierans in Abbeyfeale. Your support would be greatly appreciated

Limerick GAA:
Fr. Caseys GAA Club would like to wish the Limerick Senior Hurlers the very best of luck this Sunday in the All Ireland Final against Kilkenny in Croke Park. John Kiely and his men owe us nothing after an amazing run since 2018 with four All Ireland titles captured in such a short period. They face familiar opponents on Sunday and a fierce battle is expected. Safe travels to all our club members making the trip and hopefully it is another successful day in Dublin with the Limerick fans celebrating once more.

On Saturday our county Masters team play Roscommon in St. Patricks, Rhebogue in round 5 of their All Ireland Series with a 1pm throw in. We wish Seamus Lenihan and Maurice O’Connor the best for this game. The team currently sit mid table with 2 wins from 4 games. Also on Saturday our county Ladies Footballers take on Fermanagh in the All-Ireland Junior Semi-Final in Longford with a 2pm throw in. Our club are represented by Caoimhe McGrath and Chloe Brosnahan
