COVID UPDATE
The Irish government confirmed that further relaxation of COVID 19 restrictions which will take affect from Monday 7th June. In terms of attendance 100 spectators will be permitted to attend GAA games (Club and County). This number is in addition to players team personnel stewards and media attendees. Please adhere to the Covid rules when attending games.
Sponsored Advertisement Sign
Thanks a million to all the businesses who have already sponsored a sign. The club really appreciates your continued support.
If anyone or any business would like to sponsor an advertisement sign to be erected around the field in Quaid Park Coolyroe please contact one of the committee members. The cost is 500 euro for 3 years.
Bord na nOg Training
Please complete the Health Questionnaire before each training.
Training is underway for underage in pods of 15. Please note that all children need to be registered before they return to play. All new players welcome.

Thank you to the Limerick Mayor Michael Collins who visited Quaid Park, Coolyroe last Saturday evening to present Feohanagh/Castlemahon GAA club with a certificate to thank the club for its involvement in the COVID Response with in the parish during the pandemic. This will be on display in the complex.
Club gear
Before the season starts up for 2021 you may need new training gear. Training tops, hoodies, tracksuits, jackets, shorts and socks. You can pick up everything you need on O’Neills website. Order online through O’Neills – http://www.oneills.com . Just find the GAA section and click on Club and Feohanagh/Castlemahon club gear is there.
Club Lotto
Last weeks draw took place and the jackpot was 9000. The numbers drawn were 09, 11, 25, 32.
The lucky dip winners for this week are Michael O’Brien Jnr Gortskeagh seller M O’Brien, Pat O’Donnell Ahawilk seller P O’Donnell, Des Roche Gortskeagh Seller D Roche, Liam O’Connor Killarney Seller C MacCurtain, Mattie Roche Castlemahon seller M Roche, Eileen O’Donnell Charleville Seller J Noonan. The weekly xmas winner was Mary O’Donnell Seller P O’SDonnell . Next week the jackpot will be 9100. The promoters prize winner was Bridget Quaid. 2021 Competitions
West Intermediate Hurling League
Last Saturday evening Feohanagh played NCW in the West Intermediate league. NCW won this game by 4 points.
Junior A hurling League.
Last Sunday morning played NCW in the Junior A Hurling league. Feohanagh won this game and took the points.
Junior A Hurling League and Junior B West Final.
Feohanagh played Granagh Ballingarry in last years West Junior B Final and this years Junior A Hurling League last Friday night in Dromcollogher @ 7.30pm. This game is a double up of competitions. They were 2 very evenly matched teams with Granagh Ballingarry taking the title of West Junior B Champions by 2 points.

Feohanagh will play Rathkeale in coolyroe on Saturday 3rd July at 4pm.
West Senior Hurling League
Feohanagh will play Tour in Tour on Thursday 1st July @ 8pm
Limerick Hurling & Football
Best of luck to the Limerick Senior Hurling and Football teams in their quest to win titles this year. Best of luck to Seamus Flanagan and the Limerick Hurlers this weekend as they play Cork in the Munster Hurling semi final.

Health Questionnaire
Please note that everyone that will be involved in teams or in the club will have to fill out the Health Questionnaire form or have it filled out for them before they return to any activity in the club.
Dressing rooms
Please note that dressing rooms are not open at the moment so please come to the field ready to play. Also please bring your own water bottle to training.

Limerick Development draw
If you would like to renew or update your membership for 2021, please follow the link https://limerickgaa.ie/club-limerick-draw-signup/ and select Feohanagh/Castlemahon club and the number of draws that you with to sign up for. The 4rd draw for 2021 was on last weekend and we had no winner in the June draw. Feohanagh Castlemahon GAA are involved in the Limerick Development Draw again for 2021. The entry into the draw is €100 for the year. This is €10 a month from 2021. We would like to thank everyone that continues to support the draw. We really appreciate all your support. Field Committee
The field committee to look after the facilities at Quaid Park Coolyroe are as follows: Noel O’Mahony, Mike O’Brien Jnr, Diarmuid Creedon, Jerry Noonan, Mike King, Des Roche, Dave Cremin, Gearoid Sexton, Damien Sexton, Conor O’Sullivan, John Lynch and John Kenny. There is an online app for coaches to book their time for training sessions. All coaches have been given the login details. A huge Thank you to all the club volunteers who are working tirelessly at the field every chance they get. There is wonderful progress being made at the field and the club really appreciate all the time that you give and hard work that you do.
Garda Vetting & Safe Guarding
All our coaches who will be involved with children up to the age of 18 years old have to be Garda Vetted and Safe Guarded. It is an easy process to go through. Garda Vetting services are available to any person over 16 fulfilling a role of responsibility with children. Consent from a parent/Guardian shall be required for applicants between 16 & 18 years of age. If you have any problem please contact our Child Welfare Officer Marie Field.
Ladies Football Split the POT
The draw took place last Wednesday evening. Thanks to Brian Kennedy who collected his winnings of 324 as last week’s winner and also drew this week’s winning ticket. Congratulations to Breda Reidy who won this week’s Jackpot of 339. The next draw will be held on Wednesday 30th June.
