EAST GAA NOTES
U21 FOOTBALL : Last Sunday afternoon the U21 A&B finals took place in Cappamore the A final was between Ballybricken-Bohermore/Fedamore V Oola this was a close game from start to finish and it was Ballybricken-Bohermore/Fedamore who got to the win on a full time scoreline of 2-6 to 0-9.
The B Final took place in Caherelly between Pallasgreen and Kilteely-Dromkeen and on the day it was Pallasgreen that picked up the win on full time score of 4-12 to 0-5.
Congratulations to both Ballybricken-Bohermore/Fedamore and Pallasgreen on their victories and we wish them the very best of luck in the county semi finals.

U13S: East U13s academy defeated the South on Saturday in the final on a scoreline of 4-5 to 1-2. They were presented the Darragh O Donovan memorial cup by his Mother Clare Scanlon. Well done to coaches Ollie Coffey Francis Cummins and Ken Maloney.
46 players in total trained since start of February.

YEAREND: U21 football finals concludes the East board fixtures for 201 It has been a very busy year with 15 finals between hurling and football.The East board would like to thank all the clubs for their support and the use of the Gaa Fields during the year and to those people on East final days who did the scoreboard, car parking and stewarding.
Thanks to all the Referee’s and their officials during the year without them no games would go ahead.
