EAST GAA NOTES
AGM: East Board AGM took place on Thursday 28th November in the Millennium centre Caherconlish and had a large attendance on the tonight.On the evening Louie Quirke Treasurer went thru a very detailed analysis of the East Board accounts for this year. Sean Mckenna Chairman report thanked all the clubs , Referees , East Board and County Board officials for their support during the year.
Maria Owens Youth officer gave a report on the U13’s East academy.

The Annual awards took place with John Keogh from Ballybricken-Bohermore receiving the Hall of fame award Maria Ownes secretary of Ballybricken-Bohermore spoke about John from the Ballybricken-Bohermore club and John Cregan County board Chairman presented the award to John.
Johnny Butler from Doon received the lifetime achievement award Declan Ryan secretary of Doon spoke about Johnny from the Doon GAA club. Eddie Wade President of the East board presented the award to Johnny.
Congratulations to both Johnny and John on well deserved award and to Helen Cross for organizing these annual awards.
U21 FOOTBALL: East U21 football Championship all group games now completed . The A Final is Oola V Ballybricken-Bohermore/Fedamore and the B final is Kilteely-Dromkeen V Pallasgreen.
The dates time and venue will be arranged this week and will be posted on the East Board Facebook and Twitter page.
