East Board Committee Notes:

Junior B:
Cappamore and Murroe-Boher played in the County East Hurling league Junior B final last Tuesday in Caherconlish in a highly competitive game of hurling it was Cappamore who got the win on a full-time score line of 2-26 to 2-12.
Thanks to Caherline for the use of the field and to Referee Tom McGlinchey and his officials.
Ger Longeran Chairperson of the East Board presented the Trophy.
On the same evening in Caherelly South Liberties and Caherline contested in the City Junior B final and it was Caherline that got the win 1-25 to 3-16.
In the County Semi final last Saturday evening there was mix luck for the East teams , Cappamore had a narrow one-point loss to Granagh-Ballingarry and Caherline picked up a 5-pts win over Glenroe.
East Board wishes all the best to Caherline in the County Junior B Hurling league final this match is to be played this coming week fixture will be up on the Limerick Gaa webpage and on all club’s social media pages.

Senior Hurling:
East Board wishes the best of luck Doon who play Adare in the County League semi final in Ballybrown 7.30pm on Tuesday 20th June.

Tailteann:
Hard luck to the Limerick footballers who lost narrowly to Laois on Saturday in the Quarter final of the Tailteann cup.

Ladies Football:
Well done to the Limerick ladies’ footballers who had a good win over Kilkenny in their opening championship match.

Camogie:
Senior Camogie team played Waterford in Cappamore on Sunday and battled well but were undone by Waterford on the day their final group game is against Offaly on the 1st July.
