DROMIN-ATHLACCA GAA CLUB NOTES

The final Club Limerick Draw for 2020 was held at the weekend and Congratulations to Rosemary Murphy on her win. Our club has a great winning record with this draw and the club is extremely thankful to all club members who have supported this draw, particularly this last year. 50% of entry fee is returned to the local club. This provides essential funds to help maintain and develop our club. The first draw for 2021 will take place on March 27th and anyone wishing to join for the coming year can contact coordinators Michael Carmody of Rathcannon, Morgan Walsh Athlacca, Ann Breen Athlacca and John Murphy Dromin. The committee would like to thank all Club Draw Coordinators who have worked so hard over the years supporting this draw.

Dromin Athlacca GAA continues to provide a “ COVID – 19 Support Group” to provide support and assistance to our community and to support local business. If you or your family require any support or assistance during this pandemic then don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or social media. You can call (086) 0420950 who will coordinate the collection and delivery of shopping, medicine or fuel. Efforts to follow HSE guidelines and maintain appropriate Social Distancing will be adhered to. Meanwhile our Club continues to adhere to Government and HSE Guidelines which restricts all club activity until further notice. We will keep you updated on any changes

There was no winner in this week’s Club Lotto Draw. Numbers drawn were 1, 2, 8, and 29.

Lucky dip winners were Eithne Murphy 40e, Sinead Carmody 20e and Eithne Thompson 20e. Next week’s Draw will take place on Feb 7th. Best of luck to all entries.
