This was a very one-sided game on the day with Templeglantine but the much better and stronger team on the day with our goals coming from James Molyneaux and Brian Stack. The above club the management team of Brian Downes, Pat McCarthy, Adrian Cahill, Kevin McGill, Keith Lacey, Patrick Noonan and James Noonan and the panel of players lead by Jack Pierce Captain.
In the first half Templeglantine scored the 0-14 0-09 with our points coming from James Molyneaux scored seven points, Adam Cotter and Brian Stack both a point each and then in the second half Templeglantine scored 1-12 to 2-4 with our goals coming from James Molyneaux and Brian Stack and all our three points came from Adam Cotter.

Weeding Bells
We had a club weeding there on last Thursday November 11th, it was Junior A Hurlers Manager James Noonan of Ballinlogig, Dromcollogher and Una Harrold of Father Russell Road Limerick City Dooradoyle, it was held in Knocknagashel county Kerry and reception afterwards was held in the Great Southern Hotel, Killarney also in County Kerry, once again congrats and the best of luck to the families of James and Una Noonan on their recent weeding.

The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 15-11-2021, and the numbers were: 5, 9, 16, 29. There was no winner of Jackpot at €4,000 and there was two winners of match three at €100 and they each got €50 and they were: Eileen Matthews, Dromcollogher and Milo Madigan, Dromcollogher and the Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Neilus Clancy, Broadford and Denis O’Carroll Junior, Dromcollogher and next week’s draw will take place on this coming Monday 22-11-2021, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot will be going up to €4,100 and the Match Three will be staying at €100.

Christmas Draw Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA will this week launch their Annual Christmas Draw. The total prize money for this draw is €3000. Three draws will take place December starting on Sunday the 5th of December. The success of this draw is vital for the club to pay our 2021 expenses and start 2022 on a good footing. Your support as always is very much appreciated. Ticket Price €20 per draw or €50 Enters you for all 3 draws. Prizes per Draw – €500, €200, €100, €100, €100. Our usual sellers will be calling door to door over the next couple of weeks. The draw can also be entered online or alternatively by contacting any member of the committee.
New Defibrillator and Defibrillator Training
On behalf of Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA we would like to thank everyone that contributed to our fundraiser to purchase our new defibrillator and heated storage box. We now have a new LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator stored in a heated Defibstore 4000 Polycarbonate box, and it is positioned on the front wall of our clubhouse. Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA would like to train all our community in how to use the defibrillator, especially given what has happened in recent times. We think everyone should avail of this opportunity.
