This was a game of two halves with Dromcollogher/ Broadford leading by at half by 1-10 to 1-4 and then in the second half we scored 0-7 to Knockainey scored 1-9 and we won by a point with three sides ending on four points with Askeaton finishing on top with a plus 7 and Knockainey finishing second place with plus three and Dromcollogher/ Broadford finishing in third place on minus 10 and Askeaton and Knockainey went true from out group to the Quarter Finals and the above club would like to thank the management team of Brian Fitzgerald, Conor Brosnan, Patrick Noonan, Adrian Cahill and Séamus Lordan and the panel of players lead by Killian Cahill (Captain).
Knockainey scored the first point of the game and then Tommy Ryan scored his first pointed free of the game. Tommy Ryan scored the next three points with two coming from 65m and the other from a free to leading by three points with 8 minutes gone in the game and then Knockainey scored the next point to leave two points in the game. Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next 1-1 of the game with the point coming from Tommy Ryan and the goal coming from Brian Stack with 19 minutes gone in the game to give us the lead by six points and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next three points with score of the game coming from Kenny Lynch and the other points came from Tommy Ryan and Lee Foley to leave nine points between the sides. Knockainey scored the next 1-1 of the game with 27 minutes gone in the game to leave five points before the sides and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next two points coming from Brian Stack and Jack Pierce to leave seven points between the sides. Knockainey scored the last point of the game to leave six points between the sides at the break. To leave the score at half-time Dromcollogher/ Broadford 1-10 to Knockainey 1-4.

Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA have this week launched their Annual Christmas Draw.
The total prize money for this draw is €3000. Three draws will take place December starting on Sunday the 18th of December. The success of this draw is vital for the club to pay our 2022 expenses and start 2023 on a good footing. Your support as always is very much appreciated.
