This was a very tight between two evenly matched teams played in very good conditions in Dromcollogher, this was our first game in the league and our next league is against Monagea on this coming Saturday May 18th, in Dromcollogher, at 7pm. Please Support our Intermediate Management Team led by Denis O’Carroll and our Intermediate led by Séan O’Sullivan Captain.

Knockaderry scored the first point of the game and Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next four points with three of these coming from Derry McCarthy and the other point coming from Denis Donegan to give us the lead of three points for the first time during the game. Knockaderry scored the next two points to leave a point between the sides and then Denis Donegan of Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored his second point of the game to put two points between the sides once again. Knockaderry scored the last three points of the half to lead by a point at the break. To leave the score at half-time Knockaderry 0-6 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-5.

Knockaderry scored the next first point of the second half to lead by two points and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next four points to take lead by two points and these points came from Jimmy Kiely, Derry McCarthy, Niall O’Brien and Damien Lacey. Knockaderry scored the next point of the game to leave a point between the sides. Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next three points to give a lead of four points and these points came from Derry McCarthy, Paul Madigan and Damien Lacey and then Knockaderry scored the last pointed free of the game to leave three points between the sides at end of the game. To leave the score at full-time Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-12 to Knockaderry 0-09.

We were beaten by Belville Gales on a scoreline of 3-12 to 0-07, with our points coming from Killian Cahill 3 points, James Molyneaux and Kenny Lynch 2 points each, we have three played and three lost the table as three rounds read as follows Adare 6 points, Belville Gaels and Granagh/ Ballingarry 2 points each, Askeaton and Dromcollogher/ Broadford no points and last game in the group stages in against Askeaton.

Results of the 337th draw took place on May 7th, in the Corner House, Dromcollogher and the numbers drawn were: 4, 12, 20, 21 there was no winner of the jackpot at €4,600 and there also was no winner of the Match three at €100 and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Pauline Begley, Broadford and Timmy Noonan, Dromcollogher and the next draw took place on Monday May 13th, in Neenan’s Bar, Broadford and the Jackpot went up to €4,700 and the match three stayed at €100. Tickets are available from any committee member or any promoter at €2 each or 3 for €5.

Results of the 338th draw took place on May 13th, in Neenan’s Bar, Broadford and the numbers drawn were: 7, 9,11, 22 there was no winner of the jackpot at €4,700 and there was three winner of the Match three at €105 and they got €35 each and the were: Siobhan Hayes, Feenagh, Ann Browne, Broadford and Joan Gilbourne, Beville, Kilmeedy and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Kieran Ryan, Dromcollogher and Phil Collins, Dromcollogher and the next draw will take place on this coming Tuesday May 20th, in the Green Bar, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot is going up to €4,800 and the match three is staying at €100.
