U13 hurling Notes

These couple of days were very busy for our 13 hurlers. On Sunday morning they played Knockaderry in Dromcollogher with all our panel played extremely well coming out on top by a big margin. On Monday night our boys were on the road again to take on the fancied Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan team. These bunch of players really turned on the style, they were as solid as a rock with the goalie and our six backs, midfielders worked extremely hard and our forwards got the vital scores and our panel included by getting a great result of Askeaton/ Ballysteen/ Kilcornan 0-5 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford’s 2-5. This was a great result. These bunch of players have only got together with the last few weeks have played seven matches against top teams won six this is some achievement by everyone involved. The list of players that were involved were as follows: D. Reidy, G. Farrell, B. Croke. O. Broderick, C. O’Brien, A. White, S. Geary, R. Lynch, N O’Connor. A. O’Kelly, G. O’Callaghan, A. O’Dell. R.
