This was a very one sided game with the much better and stronger team winning by nine points on the night, this game was played in Cappamore, on last Thursday with our two goals coming both coming from Keith Lacey one from penalty and the other from play one in both halves of the games the table after the first round reads as follows: Knockaderry 2 points + 14, Doon 2 points +11, Caherline 2 points +9, Dromcollogher/Broadford no points -9, Kilteely/Dromkeen no points -11, Killmallock no points -14, our next game is against Kilmallock, on this coming Thursday night, in Mick Neville Park, Jonathan Hayes (St. Senan’s). This was a very tight game with Askeaton/ Ballysteen/Kilcornan running out winners by four points on the night, the table after the first round reads as follows: Adare 2 points +11, Askeaton/Ballysteen/Kilcornan 2 points +4, Crecora/Mainster and Doon was postponed, Dromcollogher/Broadford no points -4, Kildimo/Pallaskenry no points -11.
