This was a very tight match with Dromcollogher/ Broadford leading at the break by 0-13 to 0-10 and then in the second half both teams scored seven points.The table read after five rounds reads as follows: Feenagh/ Kilmeedy 10 points +58, Dromcollogher/Broadford 6 points -35, Caherline 6 points +3, Tournafaulla 4 points 0, Mongea 4 points +9, AK Desomonds no points -35. AK Desmonds scored the next three points and with two of these points coming from Oisin O’Farrell and then other point Sean Whelan to bring sides back on level terms at 10 points each and level for 8th time during the game. Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the last three of the half before the break to lead by three points at the end of the half with two of these points coming from Keith Lacey and the other point came from Kevin Noonan. Keith Lacey of Dromcollogher/Broadford and Fiachara Butler White of AK Desmonds exchanged points to leave three points between the sides and then AK Desmonds scored the next three points to bring the sides back on level for 9th time during the game and with two of these points came from Oisin O’Farrell and the other came point from Chris Kenny and then Tadgh O’Brien of AK Desmonds scored the next point to take the lead once again by a point. Keith Lacey of Dromcollogher/Broadford scored the next three point to give us a lead of two points and then Oisin O’Farrell of AK Desmonds and Keith Lacey exchanged points.
