U21 B County Hurling Championship Group 3 Round 2
We received a walkover from Claughaun, this game was meant to played in Dromcollogher, but Claghaun e-mailed the host club on Thursday night saying could not field a team on Sunday and had to give a walkover to Dromcollogher/ Broadford and our last fixture is against Templeglantine, now on this coming Saturday October 6th, in Dromcollogher, now at 3pm, Referee: John McGrath. Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw
The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 26-10-2021, and the numbers were: 5, 16, 25, 31. There was no winner of Jackpot at €3,700 and there was two winners of match three at €100 and they each got €50 and they were: Louise O’Connell and Pat Curtin, Dromcollogher and the Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Damien Lacey, Vancouver, Canada and Paddy O’Brien, Castleishion and next week’s draw took place on this coming Monday 01-11-21, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot will went up to €3,800 and the Match Three will be stayed at €100.
The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 01-11-2021, and the numbers were: 5, 11, 15, 24. There was no winner of Jackpot at €3,800 and there one winner of match three at €100 and that was: Thomas Fitzgerald, Dromcollogher and the Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Nora Morrissey, Dromcollogher and The McCarthy family and next week’s draw will take place on this coming Monday 08-11-2021, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot will be going up to €3,900 and the Match Three will be staying at €100.
Lotto tickets are available in local shops in the area where the boxes are provided and available for sale in the local square on Friday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm.
Christmas Draw Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA will this week launch their Annual Christmas Draw. The total prize money for this draw is €3000. Three draws will take place December starting on Sunday the 5th of December. The success of this draw is vital for the club to pay our 2021 expenses and start 2022 on a good footing. Your support as always is very much appreciated. Ticket Price €20 per draw or €50 Enters you for all 3 draws. Prizes per Draw – €500, €200, €100, €100, €100. Our usual sellers will be calling door to door over the next couple of weeks. The draw can also be entered online or alternatively by contacting any member of the committee.
New Defibrillator and Defibrillator Training
On behalf of Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA we would like to thank everyone that contributed to our fundraiser to purchase our new defibrillator and heated storage box. We now have a new LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillator stored in a heated Defibstore 4000 Polycarbonate box, and it is positioned on the front wall of our clubhouse. Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA would like to train all our community in how to use the defibrillator, especially given what has happened in recent times. We think everyone should avail of this opportunity.
