U13 Hurling Notes
On Saturday morning last our hurlers were at home to Mungret/ St Paul’s B. During the warm-up before the game, we lost our full back to an ankle injury. This was a very tough battle with some great hurling on display by both sides. Scores were very hard to get as both defences were on top of their game. When the half time whistle was blown Dromcollogher / Broadford were ahead by 4 points. We lost another player to injury at the break. The second half was no different to the first with both defences playing well scores were at a minimum with Mungret/ St. Paul’s getting 2 points and Drom/ Broadford getting one point after 10 minutes. Dromcollogher/ Broadford were dealt another blow with Alan at half back receiving a finger injury. With a few minutes to go Mungret/ St. Paul’s B struck with a goal to level up the game. Our boys really rallied for the last few minutes to get a winner, but it wasn’t to be. The game finished on a scoreline Mungret/ St. Paul’s B 1-2 to Dromcollogher / Broadford 5 points. Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw
The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 19-07-22, and the numbers were: 5,12, 15, 17 There was no winner of Jackpot at €7,500, and there were two winners match three at €100 and they got €50 each and they were: Damien Lacey. Canada and Kathleen and Ben Costello, Dromcollogher and the two Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Brian Noonan, Dromcollogher and Ger Meaney, Dromcollogher and the next draw took place on Monday 25-07-2022, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot we be going went to €7,600 and the Match Three is stayed at €100.
The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 25-07-22, and the numbers were: 5, 27, 29, 32 There was no winner of Jackpot at €7,600, and there were three winners match three at €105 and they got €35 each and they were: John Ryan, Carraward East, Dromcollogher, Ger Matthews, Dromcollogher and Harry McElroy, Dromcollogher and the two Lucky Dips at €50 each were: Jamie Singleton, Dromcollogher and Brian Tierney and the next draw will take place on this coming Tuesday 02-08-2022, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot we be going went up to €7,700 and the Match Three is staying at €100.
