Our U16s Footballers in amalgamations with South Liberties face Claughaun in the quarter final on Tuesday 10th at 6.30pm

Our minors hurlers in amalgamation with South Liberties are in Templeglantine on Tuesday 10th v Templeglantine at 6pm

Our U11s play Pallaskenry at home on Thursday 12th at 6.30pm

The next round of the Junior B Championship is in Caherdavin on Saturday the 14th v Na        Piarsaigh

On Saturday 14th at 2pm our Intermediate Footballers face Galbally in round 5 in Hospital

Our U14 Footballers are in the Semi Final on Saturday against Caherconlish in Caherconlish at 11am.

Our hurlers played Old Christians last Saturday the 4th Round of County Junior A Premier hurling championship which was played in Kilteely. We got a great start with early points from James Conheady and Edwin Wixted. Old Christians replied with a free but another point from James and another by Cathal helped to stretch our advantage. We added to our score with points from James, Cathal, Edwin along with points from Oisin O’Byrne and Shane Moloney. This gave us a healthy half time lead of 0-13 to 0-07. However, we conceded a goal early in the second which reduced our lead. We responded well with scores coming from James and Cathal. The introduction of Rian O’Byrne and Conor Kirby had an impact as they added further scores to stretch our advantage coming into the closing stages. Old Christians added a second goal but we finished out the game with a point from Conor Kirby. Squad on the day Ger Kennedy, Rory Hannan, Sam Riordan, Chris Shanahan, Conor Kirby, Cathal O’Neill, Rian O’Byrne, Sean Keyes, Tim Moloney, Oisin O’Byrne, Ciaran Cusack, Ned O’ Meara, Jack Dalton, Stephen Keating, Ciaran Kennedy.

Our Golf Classic took place at Limerick Golf Club on Friday September 6th kindly sponsored by Dave Wallace at Breeze Air Ltd. It was a very enjoyable sunny day organised by Noel Murphy and Tom O’Keeffe. Congratulations to our winners the Madigan family of Conor Snr, Conor Jnr and James. Second went to PWC, 3rd was Richard Keayes and 4th was Breeze Air.
