JUNIOR A HURLERS:
This Sunday 9th October is a big day for our junior A hurlers who take on Killeedy in the county quarter final. Throw in in the Bog Garden, Rathkeale is at 3.30pm. Please come out and support the lads. The link for tickets can be found on our Facebook page.
INTERMEDIATE FOOTBALLERS:
Hard luck to our intermediate footballers who lost out to a strong St Senan’s side in their final group match last weekend on a 4-13 to 2-4 scoreline. This concludes the season for 2022. Many thanks to the management team of Andy O’Connell, Noel Murphy, Mossy Fitzgerald, Ger Riordan and Tom Connolly and to all the players for their hard work and dedication in retaining our intermediate status for 2023.
UNDER 11:
Our 11 hurlers played Monaleen away during the week. On a bit of a miserable evening we had a great turn out of 19 boys. On the pitch the lads played a 10 a side and 9 aside match winning one and narrowly losing the other. Next up was a 15 on 15 game which ended with a narrow loss but with our lads very competitive to the end. This was a great performance by our lads against a strong Monaleen side.
CLUB LIMERICK DRAW:
Congratulations to Sean O’Donovan who won €500 in the September edition of the Club Limerick Draw.
