Coshlea Gaels and Murroe-Boher to meet in Limerick U21 A hurling final:

THE SECOND of the Limerick GAA U21 hurling finals takes place this Saturday afternoon when Coshlea Gaels face Murroe-Boher in the A deceider Kilmallock.

Both sides come into today’s final following semi-final wins over Glenore and South Liberties-Crecora in the last number of weeks.

Coshlea Gaels, an amalgamation of Effin and Staker Wallace, finished on top of the Group 1 of the U21 A Championship after beating South Liberties-Crecora, Dromin-Athlacca and receiving walkovers from Adare and Knockaderry. The were beaten by Kilmallock in their only loss to date.

Murroe-Boher have seen off Glenroe, Garryspillane and Killacolla Gaels en-route to topping Group 2. Their defeat came against Kildimo-Pallaskenry on a 0-20 to 2-12 scoreline.

The east Limerick outfit a 3-18 to 2-17 win in the semi-final against South Liberties-Crecora, while Coshlea Gaels beat Glenroe by 2-19 to 1-19. Today’s final has a 1pm start in Kilmallock.
