CLUB ACTIVITIES CANCELLED: With the restrictions still in place, all club activities are still on hold. There is some light at the end of the tunnel going by recent Croke Park announcements. On June 29th, all pitches are scheduled to re-open for small training groups. On July 20th, collective outdoor training can resume and on July 31st, club competitions can resume with limitations on spectator numbers to be confirmed in line with Government guidelines. It’s expected that County Boards throughout the country will have an 11 week window for club activity before inter-county matches commence in mid October. As we get updates from our County Board, we’ll post them on our social media.

CLUB LIMERICK DRAW: The first CLUB Limerick Draw of 2020 took place last Saturday morning. While Caherline didn’t have any winners, there will be plenty more chances this year, so it’s not too late to join. The CLUB Limerick Draw provides a valuable source of finance to all clubs in the county. At least €50 of your membership goes directly to OUR CLUB, so we would welcome your support. Go to to join.

GARDA VETTING: While there are no games or training going on at the moment, anyone that needs Garda vetting completed should still go ahead and get it completed via the online form – the GAA have added a dropdown box in relation to roles applicable for vetting. To enable vetting to proceed, the role must correspond to one of the roles in the drop down box. Any person Garda vetted before e vetting commenced (2016) should now be applying to renew if they still have a role of responsibility with under 18’s. Renewal can be
done online via this link –
